Please prepare a short abstract (of up to 1 page, plus references) to describe the content of your talk, formatted using the ACM sig-alternate Latex class. Sample abstract with the requied formatting and all auxilary files can be found in this submission template. Additional information on the usage of this class can be found on the ACM website. Submit the abstract at Easychair by October 8, 2018. You may then optionally edit your submission until November 15, 2018 to add an extended abstract (of up to 4 pages, plus references), using the same sig-alternate class. If you decide to write one, you will receive referee reports on your extended abstract before December 8, 2018, and will have time to modify it to address the reviewers’ comments until January 15, 2019, when the final (camera-ready pdf) version must be available on Easychair to be sent to print. You must have submitted a short abstract in order to be able to submit an extended abstract. Short abstracts or extended abstracts (when present) will appear in the informal proceedings that will be distributed in printed form to all participants at the conference. Registration by at least one author and presenting a talk at the conference is the requirement for the publication in the proceedings. Special
Issue of Stochastic Models (due
June 1, 2019)
After the conference a Special Issue of the journal of Stochastic Models is going to be devoted for full papers associated with MAM10. Authors who presented a talk at the conference can submit full papers based on the results presented at MAM10 via the Stochastic Models submission system. The registration fee of a conference participant covers all activities, including morning/afternoon tea and lunch (Days 1-3), river cruise (Day 1), and conference dinner with excursion (Day 2). The registration fee of an accompanying person covers the selected social activities (river cruise/conference dinner with excursion, or both, if both are selected). Reduced fees are offered to the members of Australian Mathematical Sciences Institute (AMSI), Australian Mathematical Society (AustMS), and Australia and New Zealand Industrial and Applied Mathematics (ANZIAM). Further reduction applies to the members of AustMS who pay reduced-AustMS-membership fees. Also, reduced fees are offered to students. Cancellation Policy:
